Yes: From infants to seniors. Our family physicians provide comprehensive care across all stages of life.

We do not routinely offer telephone or virtual appointments.
Most visits are conducted in person to ensure thorough assessment and high-quality care. In limited cases, a phone consultation may be provided at the physician’s discretion when clinically appropriate.

For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee, in accordance with standard Alberta clinic policies.

Refills usually require an appointment. Some exceptions may apply for ongoing prescriptions at your physician’s discretion.

Yes. These services are not covered by AHCIP and are billed privately. We will inform you of any fees before the service is provided.

Your personal health information is handled in accordance with the Health Information Act (HIA). We maintain strict confidentiality, secure storage, and limited access to authorized staff only.  Country Plaza Medical Centre is a safe, respectful, and zero-tolerance environment for all patients and staff.

Yes. We can bill most reciprocal provincial health plans (except Quebec).
If you do not have valid provincial coverage, private visit fees will apply.
