Irricana is on the northern edge of the region, about 45 minutes from Country Plaza Medical Centre in Strathmore. It is an alternative to the busy walk-in clinics of north Calgary and Airdrie.
You get physicians who take the time to listen, free parking, and one location that handles walk-in care, immunizations and chronic-condition management, with a pharmacy on-site.
Walk in during clinic hours, or register as a new patient. If a nearby walk-in clinic has been hard to find, a drive south to Strathmore solves it.
Getting here
From Irricana, drive south on Highway 9 to Highway 1, then east: about 55 km, roughly 45 minutes to the clinic.
